Our Rules & Regulations

To keep Haestorm fair, immersive, and enjoyable for everyone, all members are expected to understand and follow these rules. By participating in our community, you agree to uphold the standards that help make Haestorm what it is.

🤝 General Conduct

Treat every member with respect and kindness. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or behavior intended to create a hostile environment will not be tolerated.

🎭 Roleplay Standards

Stay true to your character and the world of Haestorm State. Metagaming, powergaming, and actions that undermine another player's roleplay are prohibited. Focus on creating meaningful, immersive stories with those around you.

💬 Communication

Use the appropriate channels for IC (In-Character) and OOC (Out-of-Character) communication. Respect the separation between the two and remain mindful of your language, tone, and conduct when interacting with others.

🛠️ Cheating & Exploits

Cheats, hacks, exploits, or any other unfair advantage are prohibited. If you discover a bug or exploit, report it to the Haestorm staff rather than using it for personal gain.

🎉 Community Events & Activities

Take part in community events and activities with respect and good sportsmanship. Follow any additional rules established by event organizers and help create an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

⚖️ Reporting & Conflict Resolution

If you encounter rule violations or community issues, report them to the appropriate staff member with any relevant information or evidence. Do not escalate conflicts unnecessarily — allow the staff team to assist in resolving them.

🌩️ Community Contributions

Haestorm is built by its community. Share your ideas, feedback, and creativity, and help us continue improving the experience for everyone who calls Haestorm home.

🔒 Privacy & Personal Information

Respect the privacy of others. Never share another member's personal information without their consent, and take reasonable steps to protect your own personal information and account security.
