E&TSClass-D personnel are expendable individuals used for testing anomalous objects and entities. They are typically death row inmates or other individuals deemed expendable by the Foundation. Not facility staff members, but prisoners subjected to SCP testing to observe effects and gather data.
Class-D Personnel
CDThe Global Occult Coalition (GOC) is a close ally of the Foundation. Identified by their blue insignia, they work to ensure Foundation documents remain classified and secure. While trusted partners, they are restricted from accessing certain classified areas within Foundation facilities.
Global Occult Coalition
GOCThe Chaos Insurgency is the primary enemy of the Foundation. They constantly attempt to infiltrate facilities, release classified information, kill Foundation personnel, rescue Class-D subjects, and steal documents to expose the Foundation's existence to the public by any means necessary.
